Quality Assurance Manager / Supervisor

Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 6 years quality related work experience in construction industry
Familiar with CONQUAS and QLASSIC quality procedures and quality assessment system
Instill quality awareness at project sites and implement in-house quality procedures and standards to improve on quality processes and operations
Good technical skills to understand client’s requirements and able to identify materials and methods in accordance with required specifications and procedures to achieve required quality, able to follow up on corrective action and set preventive measures to avoid repetitive mistakes
Systematic and methodical to ensure documents, performance reports and file records are in place for easy for easy reference or retrieval
Good teamwork spirit in order to coordinate with team to achieve required and desired quality
