Site Supervisor

Possess at least a certificate or diploma in civil engineering or secondary education with a minimum of 6 years work experience in the construction industry preferably in high-rise building environment
Good follow up to ensure good quality architectural finishes in order to attain good Conquas or QLassic score
Familiar with CONQUAS and QLassic assessment procedure an attribute to good score
Good leadership skills and able to supervise a team of workers to ensure all project activities are carried out in timely and systematic manner
Good interactive communication skills among subcontractors and departmental teams to ensure smooth operation and running of site activities. Monitor and control wastages at sites
Understand construction drawings and able to follow up to ensure accurate work done according to drawings
Assist HOS on timely submission and accuracy or progress reports, daily work, variation orders, etc
