- Obtained highest QLASSIC Certification in 2021 with the score of 90% for the Sunway Lenang Heights project.
2020
- Embarked on aggressive growth plan by tendering projects with higher contract value, invested in industrialised building system (IBS) and pursued M&A
2018
- Promoted to Main Board on 25 Oct 2018
2017
- Listed on ACE Market on 25 May 2017 with IPO price of RM0.25 and oversubscribed by 42x
2016
- Ready for IPO
2014
- Obtained our first QLASSIC certification for the Twin Palm Kemensah project with a score of 80.0%
- Awarded High QLASSIC Achievement by CIDB
2013
- Our project, Amarin Wickham was awarded ‘Gold Plus’ Green Mark by BCA Singapore
2012
- Revenue surpassed RM200 million
- Upgraded as a G7 contractor with subhead for CE21 (General Civil Engineering Works)
2010
- Revenue surpassed RM100 million
2009
- Obtained Quality Excellence Award Residential Catogery by S P Setia Berhad
2008
- Achieved score of more than 80.0% in our CONQUAS assessed projects
2005
- Participated in our first CONQUAS assessed project which scored 67.7%
2001
- Secured our first project from Hicom-Gamuda Development Sdn Bhd
2000
- Management buyout of PJD Builders Sdn Bhd spearheaded by our Promoters

- Survived Asian Financial Crisis
1997
- Became 60% owned subsidiary of PJDC, a wholly owned subsidiary of PJD Holdings Berhad
- Secured our first high rise residential construction project known as Endah Ria
- Changed name from Apexjaya Development Sdn Bhd to PJD Builders Sdn Bhd
1995
- Mr. Teo Hock Choon joined IBSB as Executive Director and shareholder
1992
- Changed name from Sungai Muhibah Sdn Bhd to Apexjaya Development Sdn Bhd

- Secured our first industrial project for construction of a factory in Shah Alam
1988
- Assumed management of Sungai Muhibah Sdn Bhd

- Incorporation of Sungai Muhibah Sdn Bhd (now known as Inta Bina Sdn Bhd)
